Under rare circumstances, items may arrive to you fault. If you feel you received any item fault from us then please email us with as much details as possible within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please also state your full name and order number.
After we receive your email we will reply accordingly. Usually your item must be returned to us using the address below. After we receive the item we will reimburse any postage fees and send you a replacement.
Every measure is taken to make sure all goods are in 100% working order; however, we have no control over items in transit.
For safety measures it is best to send items back to us using Recorded Delivery via your local Post Office. Again, this cost will be reimbursed. Please be aware that if you decide not to use Recorded Delivery, your item is not eligible for a replacement if we never received it.
